Vendée: Yves Cougnaud sets up a logistics hub in the south of France

"The Vendée-based company Yves Cougnaud, specialist in modular buildings, has begun work on its new South-East logistics and commercial hub, the sixth in France, in Gignac-la-Nerthe (Bouches-du-Rhône), to replace the one in Vitrolles which is too small.

The company has acquired 4 hectares near the A7 and A55 motorways, 30km from Marseille. It intends to construct a logistics building of 6,000 m², and 700 m² of offices. Some 20,000 m² of storage space will also be developed. The site, with its 30 staff, will come into service in the third quarter. The investment will cost 7 million euros."
